Mope

I have a hard time getting people who mope for days over things either beyond their control or insignificant in the grand scheme of things. It's one thing if you were to, say, find out your family member is really sick, but daily events that won't matter on a week? Get over it. Or put on a cheery face around others and save it for when you can wallow in your own misery in private without dragging others down too.
